Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable data entry and weekly check runs
• complete vendor and PERA reporting
• prepare 1099 reporting
• create invoices and reconcile payments in QuickBooks
• administer purchasing and travel cards
• manage travel expense reports and authorizations
• prepare reports and journal entries
• support purchasing and CORE system processes
• process and reconcile payroll
• assist with audits, year-end close, and financial data requests.
