Accounting Associate

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• verify approvals and coding
• prepare check runs and electronic payments
• post and reconcile revenue to the general ledger
• research discrepancies and payment issues
• maintain vendor and compliance documentation
• prepare bank deposit batches
• assist with month-end close and Florida sales tax filings
• review payroll processing for accuracy and approvals
• support finance projects.
