What you'll do

• Conduct nursing assessments and reassessments
• administer medications and review orders
• provide first aid and basic wound care within scope
• collect and document patient data and vital signs
• coordinate appointments and pharmacy needs
• collect specimens as ordered
• report abuse or neglect
• conduct hygiene and educational groups
• and support daily living activities and crisis response.
