What you'll do

• Maintain accurate and complete clinical activity data in CTMS and Filemaker
• coordinate clinical documentation interpretation with site staff
• monitor data quality and operational controls
• investigate and document discrepancies
• participate in pre-study activation revenue cycle huddles
• provide site-level activity documentation for sponsor or CRO invoice disputes
• monitor accounts receivable status and escalate issues
• coordinate patient billing inquiries and route them to appropriate resources
• surface systemic issues to relevant leadership.
