What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• monitor and record vital signs and intake/output
• observe and report changes to nursing staff
• assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility
• respond to call lights
• follow infection control protocols and maintain resident comfort and safety.
