The Die Cutter Operator role is onsite in Brea, CA, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role is in the Production department and produces self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging materials to customer specifications. The operator sets up, runs, and maintains die-cutting equipment while monitoring product quality and safety. Accurate production, inspection, and documentation help meet production schedules and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot rotary or semi-rotary die-cutting equipment
• perform machine changeovers and adjust dies, matrix removal, and tension controls
• monitor cutting accuracy and product quality
• conduct in-process inspections using measurement and vision tools
• perform routine preventive maintenance
• load and unload materials
• complete production and quality documentation
• follow safety, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.
