Well Service Crew Manager

What you'll do

• Assign work and set job priorities
• participate in hiring decisions
• conduct performance reviews and address performance issues with the Director of Operations
• oversee crew safety
• serve as pump-installation license holder
• install, pull, and service pumps, motors, and controls
• troubleshoot field problems
• perform inspections and preventive maintenance
• maintain rig, tools, and equipment
• develop the apprentice program and support crew licensing.
