What you'll do

• Oversee Agile transformation at team and program levels
• facilitate workshops on Scrum and Kanban
• deliver Agile training to stakeholders
• provide hands-on mentoring to Scrum Masters and Product Owners
• maintain Agile Maturity Assessment models
• track and monitor project metrics
• coordinate cross-team planning and grooming sessions.
