The Line Cook role is onsite in Wesley Chapel, FL. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. The position supports kitchen operations at Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine, preparing menu items for guests. The role also supports inventory, equipment upkeep, menu development, and coordinated service with other kitchen staff.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
• set up and stock workstations
• clean and maintain food preparation areas and equipment
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• regulate equipment temperatures
• check freshness and rotate and label stock
• maintain food levels at line stations
• assist with inventory and ordering
• report equipment maintenance needs
• collaborate with kitchen staff and assist with menu planning.
