What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2 support for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST
• troubleshoot and document complex user issues
• gather and document business and functional requirements
• support system enhancements
• conduct system, regression, and user acceptance testing
• support vendor management and G-Invoicing processes
• administer user security roles and access requests
• maintain user guides, training materials, and system documentation
• monitor performance and recommend process improvements.
