The position offers an annual salary range of $260,000 to $350,000 and supports the management of Uline's large-scale distribution facility. This role is responsible for directing all aspects of daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics. The Director leads by example on the warehouse floor, coaching managers and teams to drive operational excellence, safety, and productivity while maintaining high service standards.

What you'll do

• Lead warehouse floor operations to ensure accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and support departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers leading teams of 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Investigate operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
