Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts
• make outbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts
• develop collection strategies and repayment solutions
• apply UCC collections knowledge to secured debt and collateral matters
• investigate billing disputes
• handle escalated accounts, including skip tracing, legal referrals, repossessions, and charge-offs
• document accounts and report activity and metrics
• follow company policies and applicable BSA and OFAC requirements
• identify process improvements.
