The manager leads clinical disciplines and day-to-day clinic operations, coordinating care planning, assessments, and services. The role supports consistent, safe care through staff direction, quality improvement, documentation, and collaboration with clinic leadership and external partners.

What you'll do

• Lead clinical disciplines within the Center
• direct daily clinic operations and care-team coordination
• oversee care planning, assessments, and service implementation
• resolve issues
• communicate with staff, leadership, and external partners
• support meetings and family conferences
• coordinate new-enrollee clinical activities
• ensure accurate electronic medical records
• support audits, reporting, and Plans of Correction
• lead quality improvement
• train, coach, and direct staff
• provide RN coverage or on-call support when needed and within licensing requirements.
