What you'll do

• Hire and terminate all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Own the onboarding, status change, and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers.
• Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling.
• Enforce company policies and standards.
• Execute shift management according to operations and safety standards.
