Project Coordinator — Mission Critical

What you'll do

• Log, track, and distribute shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs
• manage drawing issuances and project documentation
• coordinate resources, schedules, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• assist with AIA contracts and consultant agreements
• coordinate across offices
• prepare permit documents, drawing packages, affidavits, and closeout materials
• maintain records and respond to project stakeholder communications.
