Case Manager, BOP

What you'll do

• Prepare individualized written program plans with measurable goals and timelines
• review plans and progress with residents weekly
• assist with budgeting, housing, education, vocational programs, and community activities
• monitor facility sanitation and safety
• maintain secure confidential files
• assist with employment verification and job guidance
• verify resident pass plans
• prepare terminal reports upon release
• participate in staff meetings
• and maintain confidentiality and compliance with facility policies.
