What you'll do

• Transport residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, community events, and scheduled outings
• assist residents in and out of the vehicle
• provide wheelchair assistance and secure mobility devices
• maintain trip logs and schedules
• conduct daily vehicle safety checks and inspections
• report maintenance needs and coordinate service as directed
• keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good condition
• follow traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
• communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and external partners
• support activity staff during group outings as needed
• follow resident transportation regulations and use seatbelts, lifts, and securement systems properly.
