Hyper Wellness Representative

Compensation is $16–$21 per hour. The Hyper Wellness Representative role is onsite at Restore Hyper Wellness locations in Hingham and Dedham, MA. ; the posting describes a competitive hourly wage and monthly performance-based commission. What you'll do

• Maintain courteous client relationships
• answer calls and return voicemails
• book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• onboard clients and manage waivers and profiles
• check clients in and out
• greet and guide customers
• administer non-medical and non-specialty services
• provide tours and sell packages and memberships
• perform opening and closing duties
• maintain product knowledge and educate clients
• assist with store cleanliness, laundry, outreach, events, and social media.
