What you'll do

• Prepare classroom activities and work with groups of children
• follow lesson plans across curriculum areas
• assist children individually and in groups
• record observations and maintain child portfolios
• carry out behavior plans
• support children with special needs and IEP/IFSP needs
• maintain attendance and meal records
• communicate with families
• assist with hygiene, personal care, cleaning, drills, meetings, training, and bus duties when needed.
