What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel
• conduct unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter
• monitor access points and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• and complete daily activity, incident, and shift reports.
