The role supports children and teachers in Child Focus infant/toddler and preschool classrooms, following the West Clermont school schedule and its scheduled breaks. The aide helps maintain a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment and supports classroom routines, children’s development, and teachers’ implementation of a research-based curriculum across classrooms as needed.

What you'll do

• Assist with classroom setup and upkeep
• engage infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children through play and learning
• support teachers implementing a research-based curriculum
• assist with diapering and age-appropriate personal care
• and help maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment. Support children and families and work cooperatively with teachers and team members.
