Dual Diagnosis Clinician, Child and Family

The Dual Diagnosis Clinician, Child and Family role is onsite in Madras, OR. Pay is $31.19–$41.19 per hour. The clinician is part of the multidisciplinary Child & Family Treatment Team, providing outpatient services to youth clients and their families. The clinician provides counseling and integrated behavioral health interventions addressing substance use and co-occurring mental health needs. Through assessment, treatment planning, safety planning, and collaboration with families and community partners, the role supports healing, stability, and improved well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling
• assess trauma, strengths, behavioral health needs, and functioning
• develop measurable treatment plans with youth and families
• use evidence-based interventions
• identify risks and develop safety plans as indicated
• support crisis de-escalation and coping skills
• provide psychoeducation
• maintain EHR documentation and regulatory compliance
• coordinate with treatment teams and community partners.
