Operations Controller

What you'll do

• Maintain standard costs, bills of materials, labor routings, production rates, and cost allocation methods
• analyze materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead
• implement inventory controls and investigate discrepancies
• support cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations
• monitor costs and identify efficiency opportunities
• develop cost controls, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, dashboards, and KPI reports
• advise operational leaders
• participate in process improvement
• coach team members.

Why this role

Requires at least seven years of accounting experience with cost-accounting responsibility and a bachelor’s degree in accounting. CMA/CPA is preferred; JDEdwards experience is preferred.
