What you'll do

• Monitor supply levels and make purchases
• evaluate vendors and negotiate price
• process supply requests from departments and locations
• allocate costs to locations
• maintain purchase and order records
• manage fleet vehicle licensing and registration
• arrange travel
• review, code, and approve purchase invoices
• coordinate food purchases for meetings and events
• resolve delivery issues with suppliers
• maintain purchasing files, reports, and price lists
• track requisitions, contracts, and orders
• manage company cell phone purchasing and account
• purchase uniforms
• communicate issues and coordinate with the Fleet Manager.
