Chief People Officer

Job overview

The Chief People Officer role is onsite in Lancaster, MA, with an annual salary range of $160,000–$175,000. RFK Community Alliance provides care and support to people and families facing complex challenges through programs spanning education, behavioral health, and other services. The CPO leads people, culture, learning, and inclusion strategy as an executive partner to the CEO, leadership team, and Board. The role aligns human resources, workforce development, and diversity, belonging, inclusion, and equity efforts with the organization’s mission and goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a people strategy
• advise executive leaders and the Board on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent development, and culture
• lead DBIE strategy and chair the DBIE Committee
• oversee training, learning, leadership development, and succession planning
• strengthen employee engagement and experience
• use workforce metrics and feedback to guide improvement.
