The Community Service Training Supervisor role is onsite in Jefferson City, MO, with a Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule and pay of $26 per hour. United Cerebral Palsy Heartland supports individuals with disabilities through its Adult Day Service programs. The supervisor supports program quality, staff development, person-centered planning, and accurate client documentation. The role helps ensure consistent support and meaningful outcomes for clients while maintaining accreditation standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee assessments, annual paperwork, individual service plans, data collection, and progress reporting
• supervise and coach staff
• develop functional outcome objectives
• advocate for client services and supports
• maintain CARF standards
• use the EHR for documentation
• and build professional relationships with clients, families, staff, and external professionals.
