Patient Relations Coordinator — Full-Time

The Patient Relations Coordinator role is onsite in North Palm Beach, FL, with compensation of $19–$21.50 per hour. The Patient Relations Department at Beach House Center for Recovery connects clinical, medical, and alumni teams to support patients’ daily needs and longer-term recovery goals.

What you'll do

• Maintain a patient caseload and meet regularly with patients about daily needs outside the clinical scope
• report patient progress at weekly clinical meetings
• coordinate patient funds, mail, and Business Center access
• provide immediate support and advocacy for patients considering leaving treatment early
• coordinate with alumni, family wellness, business development, clinical, case management, and medical teams
• and assist therapists with the assigned caseload.

Why this role
