Resident Transporter

Job overview

The Resident Transporter role is onsite in Snow Hill, NC. Compensation is $10–$16 per hour. Snow Hill Memory Care seeks to help residents travel safely to medical appointments, community activities, and other outings. The transporter coordinates trips with staff and residents, assists residents when boarding and exiting vehicles, and maintains vehicle readiness and transportation records. The role contributes to residents’ safe access to appointments and activities while providing a reassuring customer-service experience.

What you'll do

• Transport residents to scheduled medical appointments, social outings, and other activities
• assist residents boarding and exiting vehicles
• keep company vehicles clean, fueled, and maintained
• coordinate schedules and routes with staff and residents
• follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and facility protocols
• maintain transportation logs and report incidents or concerns.
