The Mill Operator — Day Shift position is full-time and onsite in Willmar, MN. Starting wages are $21.72–$25.04; the posting also offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Farm Service Elevator processes corn into poultry feed for commercial farms and independent poultry growers. The operator helps produce safe, quality feed by monitoring batching, pelleting, medication and ingredient application, and finished-feed storage. The role also supports housekeeping, preventive maintenance, required logs, customer service, and safe operation of mill equipment.

What you'll do

• Ensure feed is batched and pelleted correctly, medication and downstream ingredients are applied correctly, finished feed is stored correctly, and bins are filled with the correct bagged ingredients.
• Complete housekeeping and preventive maintenance, maintain logs according to SQF code, provide customer service, and operate machinery in compliance with safety and OSHA guidelines.
