What you'll do

• Provide in-home and community support, including meal preparation, errands, skill building, and recreation
• assist with personal care when needed
• keep clear visit notes and communicate schedule changes to a supervisor. The part-time schedule averages about 28 hours weekly, mostly daytime and early evening, with no overnights or regular weekends
• the full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
