Senior Product Manager

Job overview

The Senior Product Manager role is remote, with an opportunity for hybrid or in-office work in Rapid City, SD, and requires six hours of daily overlap with Mountain Time. The annual base salary is $140,000–$170,000, plus a 10% annual bonus opportunity based on applicable performance criteria. Property Meld’s mission is to improve how the property management industry handles maintenance through its Intelligent Maintenance platform. The role owns outcomes for a meaningful part of the product, from understanding customer problems and making product decisions with design and engineering partners through launch, rollout, and measurement. It helps ensure product work delivers recognized customer value while supporting subscription growth, expansion, and retention.

What you'll do

• Own product outcomes and make evidence-based roadmap cases
• stay close to customers and their needs
• discover and decide alongside design and engineering
• communicate product rationale, expected outcomes, and value to company teams and customers
• remain engaged through delivery, rollout, and measurement
• select metrics that reflect customer outcomes and business impact.
