What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations in line with policies, procedures, standards, training, and culture
• support the general manager in coaching and developing employees
• perform restaurant stations
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the general manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, evaluations, scheduling, forecasting, and financial goals
• maintain office organization
• support guest experience, food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality.
