What you'll do

• Develop learning strategies in partnership with Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end creation and delivery of in-person and digital training.
• Lead advanced development programs including New Hire Training and Leadership Development.
• Conduct formal needs assessments to prioritize training resources.
• Manage program budgets and external training vendors.
• Measure training effectiveness and ROI using performance metrics.
