What you'll do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, and meal preparation

• perform light housekeeping
• provide patient-specific support taught by Right at Home staff, which may include hospice support, medication reminders, range-of-motion exercises, bed-bound patient care, incontinence care, and use of gait belts or Hoyer lifts.
