What you'll do
- Assist with or perform maintenance across agency facilities, including repairs and contractor coordination
- open or close locations when scheduled
- complete site safety checklists
- monitor preventive maintenance schedules and work orders
- help train staff on facilities issues
- prioritize and arrange maintenance work
- paint as assigned
- supervise outside contractors when needed
- organize long-term storage
- monitor HVAC
- support emergency facility requests
- assist with fire-drill evacuation monitoring
- ensure snow and refuse removal
- obtain maintenance materials
- perform routine building repairs and plumbing repairs
- maintain facilities inventory.

Why this role
