What you'll do

• Generate and review SAP buy plans
• create and release purchase orders
• monitor open orders and inventory
• serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned suppliers
• track acknowledgements, production schedules, and shipments
• follow up on delays and discrepancies
• communicate supply risks
• coordinate delivery issue resolution
• and maintain accurate purchase-order and delivery data in SAP.
