Medical Scheduler

What you'll do

• Schedule new and follow-up appointments according to institute guidelines
• communicate with patients, families, and staff about appointments and inquiries
• coordinate provider availability across multiple institute locations
• maintain appointment, cancellation, and rescheduling records
• use scheduling software and EMR systems
• collaborate to support patient flow and daily schedules
• resolve scheduling conflicts
• protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
• monitor provider schedules and report changes or open slots
• perform other administrative duties as assigned.
