What you'll do

• Defend clients in medical malpractice litigation
• conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents
• conduct and defend depositions and manage written discovery
• review medical records, expert materials, and case evidence
• prepare for hearings, conferences, motions, and trial
• participate in court proceedings
• communicate with clients, witnesses, court personnel, experts, and opposing counsel
• manage active matters and deadlines.
