The Senior HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Houston, TX; Unify Energy Solutions provides building automation solutions designed to improve energy efficiency and sustainable building operations across commercial, education, healthcare, government, and data center markets. The technician installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC and refrigeration equipment, diagnoses faults, and performs preventive maintenance. The role supports efficient building operations by resolving system issues, advising customers, and documenting work performed.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration equipment, including air conditioning systems, chillers, and heat pumps
• diagnose and repair faults
• perform routine maintenance and inspect wiring
• respond to emergency call-outs
• provide technical support and advice to customers
• follow company procedures and safety regulations
• record work and materials and report issues. Requires 3–5 years of HVAC service experience, commercial HVAC and chiller experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to job sites.
