What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and portion meals with proper presentation
• set up service units and prep stations
• keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary
• assist the Sous Chef with kitchen security and safety
• follow health and safety regulations
• assist with menu development and seasonal adjustments
• store leftovers appropriately
• inventory, maintain, receive, unpack, and store food and supplies
• perform other duties assigned by the Sous Chef.
