What you'll do

• Manage seller leads through contact, appointments, offers, negotiation, and signed purchase agreements
• follow up by phone, text, CRM tasks, and appointment setting
• build trust with homeowners in person
• maintain CRM records and pipeline activity
• participate in call reviews, role play, team huddles, and coaching
• travel within the Treasure Valley for seller appointments.

Why this role
