Recreational Therapist

The Recreational Therapist role is community-based and onsite in Fayetteville, AR, with services delivered in clients’ homes and community settings and through telehealth when appropriate. Compensation is $45 per hour. Caliber Therapies’ multidisciplinary team provides person-centered services intended to improve quality of life for people of all abilities. The therapist assesses clients and develops individualized interventions to support independence, community participation, and well-being. The role coordinates care with caregivers, case managers, and interdisciplinary colleagues and documents services in accordance with company policies and payer requirements.

What you'll do

• Complete assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
• provide one-on-one recreational therapy in homes, community settings, and telehealth when appropriate
• design evidence-based interventions
• adapt interventions to client strengths, interests, abilities, and goals
• collaborate with caregivers, case managers, and team members
• complete timely documentation
• maintain professional and clinical standards.
