As a first point of contact for guests, the Counter Server provides welcoming service, processes orders and payments, and maintains an inviting counter and pastry display. The role also supports front-of-house operations and helps the team deliver consistent service and a positive guest experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests
• operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash
• communicate menu items, ingredients, and allergy information
• maintain and stock the counter, pastry display, and retail products
• process and package delivery and catering orders
• support baristas and front-of-house staff
• complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning tasks
• report safety or equipment issues.
