Reporting to the Facility Engineering Team Leader, the engineer provides technical services and project management to support production, maintenance, and administrative departments in achieving the location's business plan.
What you'll do
- Manage electrical and controls scopes for process improvement, capital expansion, and obsolescence mitigation projects. Coordinate projects from concept and specifications through bidding, engineering, installation, startup, acceptance, and closure. Support production and maintenance with equipment and process issues
- provide higher-level PLC, HMI, robotic, and PLC/SCADA/database systems support
- maintain automation records
- propose and execute improvements
