What you'll do

• Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment
• conduct or supervise medication management, diagnostic interpretation, and suicide, violence, and substance-related risk assessments
• determine appropriate levels of care and make clinical disposition decisions
• document in the EHR
• implement crisis protocols and care pathways
• lead a multidisciplinary clinical team and interdisciplinary rounds
• coordinate transitions with hospitals, law enforcement, EMS, and community providers
• supervise trainees
• support quality, compliance, and performance activities.
