What you'll do

• Interview participants and verify information for recertifications
• determine continued eligibility
• calculate housing assistance payments, tenant rents, and utility reimbursements
• issue vouchers and process housing assistance contracts
• counsel participants and provide referrals or crisis intervention as needed
• coordinate with landlords and service providers
• process rent adjustments, correspondence, data, and reports.
