What you'll do

• Assist with harvesting, drying, bucking, trimming, curing, and packaging preparation
• track strains and batches
• inspect product and report deviations
• weigh, fill, seal, and label products under SOPs and state regulations
• conduct in-process quality checks
• operate and clean packaging equipment
• maintain clean workspaces and task records
• participate in cross-training and department rotation based on business needs.
