What you'll do

• Manage reservations through Landing and online travel agency channels
• oversee member experience from booking through checkout, including tickets, inquiries, and escalations
• manage property and housekeeping partner relationships
• monitor market KPIs including NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth
• coordinate reservations and maintenance escalations with property management teams
• onboard, install, and launch new properties in the market segment
• report market performance to the Hub Manager.
