Installation Manager, Windows & Doors

The Installation Manager, Windows & Doors role is onsite in Anchorage, AK, with support for remote Alaska regions as needed. This manager oversees projects from technical measurement through completion, coordinating estimates, installation crews, subcontractors, customer communication, quality, safety, and project financial performance. The role also coaches installers and works to improve installation processes and consistency.

What you'll do

• Measure window and door openings
• assess site conditions and installation risks
• prepare labor estimates, scopes, methods, and material requirements
• manage projects through completion
• direct subcontractors
• visit job sites and support crews
• coach installers
• address homeowner concerns and service issues
• coordinate with operations and project management
• travel to remote Alaska regions when required.
