Talent Acquisition Specialist — Frontline Recruiting, Hybrid Flexibility

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is based in Bloomingdale, IL, with flexibility to work partially remotely. Compensation is $65,000–$70,000 per year. Canteen provides food, service, and workplace solutions to companies through markets, office coffee and snacks, unattended retail, and culinary services. The role manages high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for frontline and operations positions, helping assigned locations fill roles through candidate sourcing, screening, hiring-manager coordination, and timely communication. It also supports process improvements and recruitment initiatives as needed.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned frontline and operations positions
• review approximately 150–400 candidates weekly and conduct approximately 6–9 phone screens daily
• source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities
• schedule qualified candidates with hiring managers and provide interview notes and resumes
• maintain candidate records in PeopleHub
• coordinate candidate communications and applicable pre-employment screening
• follow up for interview feedback
• support hiring events, job fairs, acquisitions, and community recruitment initiatives as needed.
